If Blockade detects that it is taking to much time to render the website or connect to the internet a log will be written into the Relayed Query Timeout History. Generally entries into the Relayed Query Timeout History would point to an issue with your network, your upstream DNS, your internet connection, or your ISP.  

An example of what might cause a Relayed Query Timeout, would be your router is unplugged.

A Query Timeout would look something like this:  2016-02-09 06:16:16 UTC - (40397) sls.tivoservice.com.localdomain Relay Server Timeout
