You can block any domain you like. Any domains added to the Custom Blocklist will be blocked from all hosts that are configured to use blockade as their DNS server.  If your entire network is configured to use Blockade as its DNS server through DHCP, then no devices within your network or on your WI-FI will be able to access domains in the main Blocklist or on the Custom Blocklist unless they are specifically allowed via an Exception.
